Does UVK provide customs clearance services?

What goods are prohibited for shipment?
According to the legislation, it is forbidden to transport:
- Firearms, signal, pneumatic, gas, ammunition, cold weapons (including throwing), stun guns and spark gaps, as well as components of firearms.
- Thermal imagers and devices for night surveillance.
- Electronics to work on the air.
- Drugs.
- Radioactive substances.
- Explosive, caustic, flammable and other hazardous substances.
- Organs, remains, human ashes.
- Antique items.
- Ivory.
- Jewelry, precious metals and stones.
- Artworks.
- Stamps.
- Products with obscene content, purpose.
- Items prohibited for transportation by international transport organizations.
- Goods that pose a danger to staff or spoil other goods and equipment.
The list may change according to changes in Ukrainian and international laws.
What products does UVK not deliver?
According to company policy, UVK does not transport:
- Securities, documentation, cash.
- Personal items.
- Seedlings and plants.
- Animals and birds (living and nonliving).
- Products requiring special temperature conditions.
- Medical preparations.
- Goods prohibited for legal import / export in a particular country.

Can the tariff become different after receiving the goods?
No, if the cargo parameters have not changed. Otherwise, the total cost of transportation may increase or decrease in accordance with the transportation tariffs in force at UVK. The final price of cargo delivery is influenced by many parameters:
– tariff for the carriage of goods by certain transport;
- specification and volume of cargo;
- range of related services;
- cost of customs payments, etc.
Qualified specialists in the logistics and customs areas of the company carry out an individual calculation of the cost of logistics services.
If I need to repeatedly use your services, then how to calculate the freight?
If the client becomes a regular, then UVK can provide a special service tariff and offer more favorable conditions for carrying out cargo transportation in any direction and by all means of transport. My shipment must be delayed. Can you arrange temporary storage at the warehouse?
Yes, if necessary, leave the goods for storage, you can use the services of safekeeping in our warehouses. We offer large-area warehouses for storing different types of goods, warehouses corresponding to classes “A”, “B”, with the latest engineering communications and 24-hour video surveillance. Warehouses are equipped with modern fire and security alarm systems, convenient access to the warehouse, and the latest cargo handling equipment. All areas near the warehouses have a large area for the reversal of freight transport.
